FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

- To be responsible for participating state management in the field of architecture, planning as required by Institute’s leader

- To make research draft project, to be responsible for implementing or taking part in implementation of the research project concerning architecture, construction planning

- To be a focal unit for collecting and keeping documentations on construction planning in the area of activity assigned by the Institute

- To carry out and organize implementation of planning project assigned by the Institute until they have been approved; Planning of urban systems and residential points under the province or inter-province; key economic zones, border gate economic zones and open economic ones; planning for special zones such as tourist area, cultural preservation, historical monument and other specific projects

- To organize implement of consultant activities in the fields of architecture and construction planning

- To make plan actively and find out projects according to the assigned functions to create more jobs and increase the income for the centre’s staffs.

- To check the quality, perfect products as management level and regulations of the Institute

- To carry out Institute’s regulations and policies on salary distribution and Institute’s and the centre’s expenditures

- To carry out financial work as regulated by the Institute

- To manage, keep and maintain as well as repair equipments assigned by the Institute

- To make statistics, reports on centre’s activities according the acquirement of the Institute
