FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

1- To be responsible for participating in state management activities in the field of architecture, urban planning, construction planning, environment and infrastructure as required by Institute’s leader

2- To prepare research proposals, do or participate in implementing the scientific research projects concerning architecture, urban planning, construction planning, environment and infrastructure

3- To be a focal unit for collecting and keeping documentations on construction planning in the areas of activities assigned by the Institute

4- To organize implementation of the projects on urban planning, construction planning, environment and infrastructure assigned by the Institute until they have been approved; as well as projects on provincial or interprovincial planning; planning for key economic zones, border gate economic zones and economic ones; specified planning for tourist areas, cultural preservation, historical monument, entertainment, infrastructure and environment and other specific projects

5- To organize consultant activities in the fields of architecture, urban planning, construction planning, environment and infrastructure; make urban upgrading projects, make urban development programs as well as architectural and planning management regulations

6- To set plans actively and find out projects according to the assigned functions and tasks

7- To check the quality, perfect the products according to management and regulations of the institute

8- To carry out Institute’s regulations and internal regulations on salary distribution and Institute’s and the centre’s expenditures

9- To manage, keep and maintain as well as repair equipments assigned by the Institute

10- To make statistics, reports on centre’s activities according the acquirement of the Institute
