FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

- To  carry out activities on technology transfer, construction investment and architectural consultant services.

- To make detailed planning of urban and rural residential areas, industrial zones,  consult investment of civil works, industrial works, urban infrastructure, urban environment

- To make projects on construction investment, survey, technical design, make the general budget of the works,

- To supervise  implement, invest investment projects, design and the general budget; inspect quality of the buildings, set up bid documents and invite bids for construction, consult management and operate the projects on construction investment,

- To apply the research result to consultancy, design of exterior and interior decorations

- To bid and carry out new construction, repair, restoration, interior and exterior decoration

- To cooperate with Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals in accordance with functions and assigned tasks.
