Online conference, launching and signing a emulation agreement and award giving of architectural design

The conference participants heard the report on VIUP’s business in the first quarter, pointing out its achievements and shortcomings in this period. According to the report, VIUP participated in serving the state management such as compiling legal documents, planning and architectural programs and projects. Recently, VIUP held successfully a meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to report adjustment plan of Hanoi capital region. Some projects are waiting for approval such as ATK regional plan of 3 provinces Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan and adjustment master plan of Nhon Trach new urban area. The report also concentrated on other projects, research projects, planning and architectural consultant design as well as regular tasks in 2015, 2016, management work and others.

The participants also make opinions, express difficulties to be solved and suggestion for the tasks in the second quarter.

Speaking on the conference, the General Director Ngo Trung Hai deals with the problems concerning with many divisions such as work and cost distribution for the divisions doing the regular tasks, plans for deploying the activities celebrating the 60^th anniversary of the foundation of VIUP, organizing training course in Danang in the second quarter, announcing Hanoi capital region plan after the plan will be approved by the Prime Minister. He asked all the divisions should concentrate on assigned tasks with good quality to celebrate 60^th anniversary of VIUP foundation.

After that, the General Director informed the assignment of duties of VIUP leaders when VIUP has more two vice directors.

Also on the conference, the General Director Ngo Trung Hai and Chairman of Executive Committee of Trade Union Vu Ngoc Tuan signed the emulation agreement to gain the achievements to celebrate 60^th anniversary of VIUP foundation.

On this occasion, VIUP sub-association of architects announced and gave the awards of design competition of “Bac Ninh architectural planning  exhibition hall” with 03 second prizes and 01 third prize.
