FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

- To assist the director in scientific and technical management of the Institute

+ To be a focal division for organizing, deploying scientific programs and projects

+ To be a permanent member of scientific and technical council of the Institute; responsible for solving the issues concerning scientific and technical management of the Institute

+ To be responsible for technical control, checking the quality of the products approved by the Institute

+ To carry out the research on technological market and application of technological progress in architecture and planning to consult the leaders programs, tasks, scientific research projects

+ To cooperate in setting planning tasks, building designs, investment projects and drafts of scientific research projects.

+ To research, propose and participate in compiling legal documents of the ministry as required by the leaders.

- To participate in training

- To do other tasks assigned by the director of VIUP in accordance with functions and tasks of the unit.
